PORT ONE announces the sale of its stake in Taganrog Commercial Sea Port JSC consisting of 91.63% shares. The transaction was completed on October 17, 2022. The purchaser of the shares was LEMAR LLC – an entity established pursuant to the laws of the Russian Federation.

PORT ONE decision to sell its shares in the Port was driven by the Group’s focus on increasing its presence in deep-water basins, which provides its clients access to larger deadweight shipments.
